What a great weekend! Being our first Pensacola Encounter, I thought it went very well. There were two first time conversions, and many for healing and deliverance. At the end of the service we called for those needing spiritual renewal, and again the altars were filled!

Pensacola Encounter
Tuesday, 30 September 2008

I am earnestly seeking the Lord’s direction and outpouring for the service this Friday evening. I am asking everyone to pray for this night, as I truly believe God wants to do something significant. I also know the enemy is going to throw anything he can to hinder the movement of the Spirit Friday night. So the attacks have begun! I know the Lord is going to be victorious – so keep praying for His deliverance.

Better!
Tuesday, 23 September 2008

I can’t tell you how much better I felt this Sunday than last. Last Sunday, I felt so sick. Again, no wonder, I was speaking on Spiritual Warfare. What amazed me this Sunday was the subject again. I had sensed the Holy Spirit telling me three or four weeks ago to speak on, “How to Receive the Blessing of God”. This subject also includes finances. Sick!
Tuesday, 16 September 2008

Relationships
Wednesday, 10 September 2008

It’s Wednesday morning and I’m in the final preparations for the new adult series in the sanctuary on Relationships. I met with Ed & Denise Tisdale and Chuck Brewster yesterday for lunch at Sonny’s to discuss the flow of the evening. I’m excited at the flavor of what this is going to take on. We’re going to sign in at a table in foyer, get a cup of coffee, the hand out for the evening and then make our way into the sanctuary.

Once in the sanctuary we’ll be able to spend time in small groups across the pews, for discussion and sharing prayer request. I truly believe this will be a new day for our midweek program. I’ve always felt Wednesday night needed to have more focus on being “Family Night” with many individual programs and small groups meeting around the campus, than being a “another service”.

Tonight I am convinced will be the first step of many Wednesday nights of relationship building, not just learning about relationships, but experiencing them!

It’s been quite a few days since I’ve written. Jet Lag hit pretty hard. We left 9 pm, Sunday night Pensacola time for the airport – which was Monday morning Seoul time. We arrived at home bag and baggage at 9 pm, Monday night – 24 hours straight traveling!
